Sotiria Bouranta is an Associate working with our Corporate/ Commercial and M&A teams.
She advises a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients across a wide range of industry sectors on regulatory compliance and commercial law, with particular expertise in Greek data protection and privacy laws, GDPR implementation, direct marketing, advertising regulation, and consumer protection frameworks.
In addition to her compliance work, Sotiria plays an active role in advising on corporate and company law matters, including corporate governance, shareholder structures, board procedures, and ongoing compliance under Greek company law. She also regularly assists with the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial agreements and supports high-value M&A transactions and corporate restructurings, working in close collaboration with the firm’s senior lawyers and partners.
