Sotiria Bouranta is an Associate working with our Corporate/ Commercial and M&A teams.

Sotiria advises both domestic and international clients on compliance issues, with particular focus on Greek privacy laws and GDPR, direct-marketing legislation, advertising and commercial practices regulations.

Working closely with our experienced partners and senior associates, she has also engaged in all aspects of commercial and corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and commercial agreements
