A truly unique project that changes the Greek energy landscape, reaches a significant milestone!
Lambadarios advised RWE Renewables and PPC renewables – ΔΕΗ Ανανεώσιμες – in completing the financing of a 940MWp portfolio of solar farms in Amyntaio, Western Macedonia through their joint venture company, Meton S.A. The projects were eligible to use funds from the Recovery and Resilience Fund – “Greece 2.0” National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
The project was completed by our Banking & Finance and Corporate teams, led by Partners Prokopis Dimitriadis and Konstantina Siozou and Senior Associate Katerina Gini. Real Estate matters were handled by Counsel Sophia Alonistioti, as well as Corporate and due diligence issues by Managing Partner Constantinos Lambadarios, Partner Melina Katsimi, and associates Margarita Kontogeorgou, and Sotiria Bouranta.
