We have unparalleled experience with regard to PFI/PPP projects and have successfully advised clients on securing public tenders issued by the Ministry of Defense, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force. In addition, in-depth experience in drafting, negotiating and executing offset programs.

Our multi-disciplinary team combines expertise in Project Finance, TMT and IP, Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Competition/Antitrust with a deep understanding of the legal frameworks governing the sector and strong relationships with public-sector bodies and key individuals at central and local levels.
