Lambadarios acted as Greek legal advisor to the mandated lead arranger Ambrosia Capital and Piraeus Bank in the share capital increase of Intralot S.A. The increase amounts to €135m by the public offering of 232.758.621 new shares that will be listed for trading on the Athens Exchange.
Ambrosia Capital acted as Lead Underwriter, Euroxx Securities S.A. as Underwriter and Piraeus Bank as Issue Advisor.
