• Advised the four Greek systemic banks (NBG, Piraeus, Eurobank and Alpha) on bond financing of €505m to DESFA, the natural gas transmission-system operator in Greece, for corporate purposes.

Lenders’ Counsel Corporate/Real Estate/High Yield

• Advised Eurobank and Piraeus Bank on a corporate financing of €40m to Elliniki Zimi, one of the largest Greek market vendors of frozen vegetables, dough, and fresh salads, both in Greece and abroad.
• Advised a real estate fund on acquisition financing of a value of €50m for 230 properties sold by Eurobank S.A.
• Advised international investment fund on the acquisition of a hotel business in Greece and performed relevant due diligence.
• Advised bondholders’ representative on bond loan financing of €739m in the energy sector.
• Advised a construction company on corporate financing of €52m.
• Advised Hines and Henderson Park on financing for the €65m acquisition of land and the construction of an apartment complex in Voula, Attiki.
• Advised Hines and Henderson Park on the bank financing for the €171m acquisition of the former Capsis property in Crete.
• Advised Brook Lane Capital on the acquisition of a portfolio of 165 real estate assets from Eurobank for €25m.

• Advised Metric Capital Partners LLP, a leading UK private equity house, on Greek law security documents relating to the acquisition of Mpilo S.à.r.l., the shareholder of Famar S.A., one of the largest pharmaceutical businesses in Greece with operations in many EU Countries.

• Advised an affiliate of Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP, on the sale of a shipping non-performing exposures (NPE) portfolio by Piraeus Bank amounting to €400m gross book value.

Acquisition Finance – Asset Finance

• Advised leading UK private equity house on Greek law security documents relating to the acquisition of shareholders in one of the largest pharmaceutical businesses in Greece, with operations in many EU Countries.
• Advised Arrowmetals and Trading AG on Greek law security documents for financing of US$ 70m.
