Angelos Bozios is a Trainee within our Banking & Finance team.
He holds an LL.B. from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens (Summa Cum Laude), where he is currently reading for an LL.M. in Commercial Law (Specialisation: Maritime Law), having been awarded the SYLFF Scholarship. Additionally, he holds a Minor in Finance from Deree – the American College of Greece.
His background spans academic initiatives and professional placements overseas, notably in the maritime sector (Bremen & Hamburg) and at international organisations (Brussels). On the academic front, he was a member of the University of Athens team that secured first place at the 8th All-European International Humanitarian and Refugee Law Moot Court Competition.
In his current capacity, Angelos assists the team with due diligence, the drafting of finance documentation, transaction support, and post-closing loan monitoring, whilst also conducting legal research across the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets spectrum.
He is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
