A transformative project for a prominent academic hub in Greece and the broader Southeast Europe.
Lambadarios advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the University of Western Macedonia on the launch of Phase A of the tender process for the design, financing, construction, maintenance, and facility management of the University’s student halls. The project will be launched in four cities, Kozani, Florina, Ptolemaida, and Kastoria, and is poised to drive an upsurge in student enrollment, promote a welfare state, and address social disparities.
The project is executed as a Public-Private Partnership with five bidders already expressing interest: AVAX, GEK TERNA, Intrakat-AKTOR Concessions, Mytilineos and TEKAL.
