Lambadarios acted as external legal counsel to the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) on selling its entire holding in Εurobank, one of the four systemic banks, through an auction process.
The €93,7m transaction is a landmark for the Greek banking sector as it signifies the beginning of the Fund’s divestment and the transfer of all its holdings by 2025. The latter will represent the biggest development investment of recent years in the domestic banking sector.
