Lambadarios Law Firm, in cooperation with Nomiki Βibliothiki, the leading publisher of law books and journals in Greece, presents the third edition of Greek Corporate Legislation (Sociétés Anonymes) in English.
In addition to the translation of Sociétés Anonymes 4548/2018, this update includes both the translation of Law 4072/2012 on Private Companies (IKE), and the translation of Law 3190/1955 on Limited Liability Companies (EPE), encompassing the full body of current legislation.
