We are very happy to have assisted the first FDI by listed Egyptian electricity Company El Sewedy Electric into the Greek Renewables market in the EUR 55 mn acquisition of 3 wind parks and 1 hydroelectric energy company in Greece! Congratulations to Yanni Kourniotis our Project Finance partner, George Panopoulos leading our Energy practice, Melina Katsimi leading our Corporate MA and Due Diligence, Prokopis Dimitriadis for the finance of the transaction by National Bank of Greece and Constantinos Lambadarios heading our MA team.
