Tania is a member of our Dispute Resolution practice. She graduated with distinction from the NKUA Law School and holds a Master’s degree in Private International Law and International Business Transactions from the same university, as well as a Finance Minor from the American College of Greece.

She represents clients in complex domestic and cross border litigation, regularly acting as a lead associate in cases involving high value contractual, corporate and commercial disputes. Her experience spans post M&A and shareholder conflicts, as well as contentious issues across a wide spectrum of industry sectors, including infrastructure, software development, IP disputes, and energy. She also acts in matters of international trade, tort liability, and unfair competition.

Tania is experienced in domestic and international commercial arbitration under major institutional and ad hoc rules and regularly appears in arbitration related litigation before the Greek courts.

Alongside her contentious practice, Tania advises on pre litigation risk management, dispute avoidance strategies and settlement planning, as well as legal due diligence.

She additionally provides counsel on cross border family and inheritance matters, including estate planning for individuals with multi jurisdictional ties.
