Stephanie Papazoglou is an associate within our M&A practice. Stephanie is a French and Greek qualified lawyer with experience in M&A and in International Dispute Resolution Settlements (Mediation & Arbitration). Working closely with our experienced partners and senior associates, she advises clients on all aspects of commercial and corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and commercial agreements.
Before joining Lambadarios, she worked as an international disputes lawyer, at some of the leading European and US law firms in Paris.
She has also published extensively in the field of international arbitration, held speaking engagements, and guest-lectured on topics related to international arbitration and advocacy at the Paris Bar School.
