Nikoletta Mamatsopoulou is an Associate working within our leading Arbitration and Litigation teams.

She has experience in arbitrations conducted under various institutional rules including ICC, LCIA, CAM, as well as in those held pursuant to the rules of the Greek Code of Civil Procedure. She is equally well-acquainted with arbitration-related proceedings before State courts, such as actions for annulment and petitions for recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.

She has also engaged in complex litigation disputes both in the civil and public sector, including claims for breach of contract, tortious liability, unfair competition, interim measures, debt collection and State liability.
