Maria is an Associate within our M&A, Corporate and Arbitration & Dispute Resolution practices.
Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and a master’s degree in Civil Law and Modern Financial Transactions, both from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is also the holder of a Minor in Finance from the American College of Greece (Deree).
Maria focuses on matters relating to civil and civil procedure, commercial and corporate law. Working closely with our experienced partners and senior associates, she engages in all legal aspects of business transactions, primarily including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and commercial agreements. Maria has also experience in domestic and international commercial arbitrations conducted under the institutional rules of the ICC, the LCIA and the rules of the Greek Code of Civil Procedure, as well as arbitration-related litigation before the Greek courts.
