Maria Kakava - Lambadarios

Maria Kakava is an Associate working within our leading Litigation team.

She specializes in civil and commercial law and has experience in advising and representing our clients in complex litigation disputes regarding a wide array of issues such as contractual breach, tortious liability, unjust enrichment and debt collection, which arise from various financial transactions such as joint accounts, tender projects, lease agreements, distribution agreements and merchant acquiring agreements.

She has also engaged in criminal litigation proceedings regarding mainly white-collar crimes.
