Margarita Kontogeorgou is a member of our Litigation team and also assists our M&A practice. She has advised on a wide range of complex corporate issues such as sale-and-purchase agreements and IPOs to the main market of the Athens Stock Exchange and was a member of the Lambadarios team advising on the demerger of DEPA, the public gas corporation. On the litigation front, she has represented energy providers, including Volterra and Heron on dispute matters relating to consumer protection rights.
Her areas of expertise include Greek and German civil law, private international law and European private law.
She has authored numerous publications in distinguished Law Journals in Germany and in Greece.
Advised Epsilon Net on migrating from the secondary ATHEX market to the main market of the Athens Stock Exchange.
Advised BriQ REIC on company set-up and IPO to Athens Stock Exchange.
Completed the due diligence on BriQ REIC to be listed on the Athens Stock exchange for the purposes of the prospectus to be filed with the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission for the listing of the shares. We acted for Eurobank on this matter.
