Margarita Kontogeorgou is a member of our M&A and finance practice. She has advised on a wide range of complex corporate issues such as sale-and-purchase agreements and IPOs to the main market of the Athens Stock Exchange and was a member of the Lambadarios team advising on the demerger of DEPA, the public gas corporation. On the finance front, she has participated in a number of high profile finance projects involving Due Diligence of energy assets and preparing reports for lenders specifically for RES transactions.
Her areas of expertise include Greek and German civil law, private international law and European private law.
