Katerina Kokaraki is part of our Banking & Finance practice group and focuses on banking and project finance, as well as commercial and corporate law.

Her expertise encompasses finance transactions on behalf of corporations and credit institutions including all kinds of bond and loan financing, debt restructuring, and the management and acquisition of NPL’s and NPE’s portfolios, as well as financing of infrastructure and energy projects. She undertakes advisory work for domestic and international clients on commercial and corporate issues and is actively involved in helping oil, gas, utility and renewable energy companies prepare for privatizations, mergers and acquisitions.

She has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2019 and has handled cases relating to civil, commercial and corporate law, as well as administrative and energy law, including litigation arising out of the above legal fields.
