Ierotheos Koufis is an Associate working within our leading Arbitration team.

He specialises in civil procedure law and international dispute resolution, practicing and undertaking also legal research primarily in the areas of civil and commercial law.

He has experience in arbitrations conducted under ICC and LCIA rules, as well as in arbitral proceedings held pursuant to the rules of the Greek Code of Civil Procedure. He is also experienced in state-court proceedings relating to pending arbitrations, such as interim measures, actions for annulment, as well as proceedings for the recognition-enforcement of arbitral awards.
