Evelina is an associate within our Real Estate practice group, advising a wide range of both domestic and international clients in real estate and M&A transactions.

She focuses on Real Estate, Commercial, and Corporate Law, specializing in transactions involving M&A, real estate, and due diligence exercises, with a particular emphasis on the hospitality and energy sectors. Her expertise includes property acquisitions and disposals, commercial and residential lease agreements, sale and leaseback transactions, construction agreements, as well as drafting and negotiating transaction documents and commercial contracts.
