Εlisavet Tsitsioka is an associate in our Corporate, Capital Markets and M&A practices. Working closely with our experienced partners and senior associates, she advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and legal due diligene.
Prior to joining Lambadarios, she gained extensive experience at leading law firms in Athens, where she was actively involved in complex domestic and cross-border transactions and advised international investors, private equity funds and multinational groups, particularly in the hospitality, real estate, retail, healthcare and technology sectors.
Her experience spans the full lifecycle of transactions, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, the drafting and negotiation of transactional documentation, and signing, closing and post-closing processes. She is a Greek-qualified lawyer and holds an LL.M. in Civil Law and Modern Financial Transactions from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
