Eirini Lenti is an Associate within our Bankruptcy & Restructuring, M&A and Corporate practices.
Eirini has handled a wide range of commercial law matters, specializing in corporate and maritime law, as well as various business transactions, through her work at law firms and offices in Athens and Piraeus.
Moreover, Eirini has extensive experience in public and administrative law. She served as legal counsel to the Greek Prime Minister and was involved in major transactions on behalf of the Greek State, including agreements with Eldorado Gold, Piraeus Port Authority, and OPAP. Additionally, she has substantial expertise in finance, tax policy, and public property matters, having acted as legal counsel to the Greek Minister of Finance and the General Secretary for Tax Policy and Public Property.
