He specializes in corporate and commercial law as well as in litigation and white-collar crime matters.
Christos provides comprehensive legal support to domestic and international clients, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, such as distribution and agency contracts. He also delivers daily contract advisory services to clients across various sectors, including payment services, supply, telecommunications, and tourism.
He represents clients in commercial and civil disputes, particularly those arising from contractual relationships. His experience in court proceedings and settlement negotiations enables him to identify and mitigate legal risks through well-structured contractual terms—covering liability allocation, termination clauses, and compliance provisions. Drawing on his litigation background, he delivers practical, business-oriented legal advice tailored to each client’s operational needs.
