Christina Karanikola is an Associate within our Intellectual Property and TMT department.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and a master’s degree in Civil Law and Modern Financial Transactions from the University of Athens, Law School.
Christina assists both domestic and international clients in drafting commercial contracts, including licensing agreements, IP joint ventures, and supplier contracts. She provides counsel on a wide range of compliance matters, such as whistleblowing, anti-harassment, privacy, and cybersecurity issues, as well as trademark protection, corporate resolutions, and real estate matters. Additionally, she handles a variety of litigation cases, including those involving defamation, moral damages, and trademark violations.
