Andriana Koutsafti is an Associate working within our leading Arbitration team.
Andriana’s main areas of focus are civil law, civil procedure and dispute resolution proceedings. She has experience acting in civil and commercial litigation and in domestic and international commercial arbitrations conducted under the ICC and LCIA rules, as well as in those held pursuant to the rules of the Greek Code of Civil Procedure. She is equally well-acquainted with arbitration-related proceedings before State courts, such as actions for annulment and petitions for recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. Andriana is also a Certified Mediator by the Greek Ministry of Justice.
