Anastasia Drakou is member of our Trainee team.
Anastasia holds a LL.B. Degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a Certification of Erasmus Studies, after successfully completing a semester at the Faculty of Law of Jean Moulin Lyon III University, in France, where she attended courses of LL.M level, concerning mostly the International Law.
She’s actually pursuing her LL.M. on Corporate Law & Finance in Law School of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
During her LL.B. Studies, Anastasia has also effected a legal internship in the Permanent Representation of Greece, at the Justice and Home Affairs Unit, in Brussels.
She holds a MOOC Certificate in Contracts Law from the University of Geneva, as also a MOOC in Financial Markets from Yale University, and she’s currently completing a MOOC in Mergers & Acquisitions by University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Anastasia’s great interest in financial matters and their legal implications, is demonstrated by her authorship of numerous articles on financial issues, such as the NPL’s, the Function System of Bitcoins and the 2008 Financial Crisis, as also by her active participation at the ECB Conference, and the Summer School “Recent developments on financial crime, corruption and money laundering: European and international perspectives” by the Research Institute for Transparency, Corruption and Financial Crime of the AUTH Law Faculty.
Anastasia, as member of our Corporate team, addresses a broad spectrum of legal matters, primarily within the realm of Corporate Law. Her responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting documents, and translating legal texts.
