We are delighted to share that Lambadarios Law Firm has been shortlisted for its role as legal advisor to the Offeror in the Euronext Voluntary Tender Offer for the shares of the Athens Stock Exchange, nominated for M&A Deal of the Year in the IFLR Europe Awards 2026.
In addition, the firm has been recognised with shortlist nominations for M&A Team of the Year and Greece Firm of the Year.
These nominations reflect the growing importance of complex, cross-border transactions shaping the European financial landscape, as well as the continued evolution of Greece’s capital markets. The Euronext transaction is a landmark step in strengthening the integration of European market infrastructure and enhancing Greece’s position within it.
