Congratulations to the PPP Unit of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the EBRD, and the University of Western Macedonia for reaching another significant milestone, the announcement of the preferred bidder for the PPP project “Student Accommodation at the Campuses of the University of Western Macedonia,” a EUR 84.95m investment in modern, energy-efficient student housing across four campuses in Northern Greece.
Our team has served as legal advisors on this project, which will deliver 750 high-quality beds in Kozani, Florina, Kastoria, and Ptolemaida, supporting students and strengthening regional development.
