Congratulations to Olympic Air S.A., AEGEAN’s subsidiary, in its strategic acquisition of a 45% equity stake in Apella S.A.
This impactful transaction signals AEGEAN’s entry into the aircraft and aeronautical component maintenance sector through a partnership with Apella, a company active in advanced manufacturing. AEGEAN brings its trusted presence in the aviation industry into a sector of growing importance.
