Congratulations to Alpha Bank, Eurobank, National Bank of Greece and Piraeus Bank on reaching financial close for the landmark VOAK concession project in Crete!
We are proud to have acted as Lenders’ Counsel to the four systemic banks of Greece in the €1.3 billion financing of the Chania–Heraklion–Hersonissos section of the Northern Road Axis of Crete (VOAK), the largest transport infrastructure project currently underway in the country.
The VOAK concession is a transformative investment in Crete’s road network, aiming to deliver a modern, safe, and high-capacity motorway that will significantly enhance regional connectivity and road safety across the island.
Our team was led by our managing partner Constantinos Lambadarios, partners Prokopis Dimitriadis and Konstantina Siozou, with the assistance of managing associate Theodoros Papadatos and associates Christina Kyrgialani, Dimitra Kalantoni and Christos Kostopoulos.
