This event, part of Athens Arbitration Days 2025, offers a unique opportunity to gain practical insights from both emerging and more experienced arbitration and litigation professionals.
Young practitioners will share which soft skills have been most important in their experience and daily practice, while senior practitioners will discuss the soft skills they most value in younger colleagues and what they look for in the next generation of arbitration and litigation professionals. Attendees will benefit from practical guidance and the chance to reflect on how to develop these essential skills. All sessions will be in Greek.
