Congratulations to Hines on the sale of Academy Gardens Retail Park, a well-positioned retail asset, to Alpha Real Estate Services, further contributing to the depth and liquidity of Greece’s commercial real estate market.
This transaction underscores the strong momentum of institutional investment and high-quality asset rotation in Greece’s commercial real estate sector. When first acquired by Hines, the property was an old industrial building on a large land plot, which was transformed into a modern retail park hosting leading tenants and generating stable income.
We are proud to have provided comprehensive legal support across all stages of this project – from acquisition, development and financing, to leasing and the final sale to an institutional investor.
