Congratulations to Halcyon Equity Partners AIFM on their strategic investment in Evoiki Zimi S.A., a family-owned Greek producer of filo pastry, dough products, and desserts under the renowned Zimi Psachnon brand.
With Halcyon’s support, Evoiki Zimi is set to accelerate its growth strategy, including the launch of a new 7,000 m² production facility in Schimatari, investments in advanced automation, ESG initiatives, new product development, and international market expansion.
Our team was led by our head of M&A and managing partner Constantinos Lambadarios and partner Melina Katsimi, with the support of senior associate Anna Gkogka and associates Alexandros Koukoutsis, Virginia Kyrlakitsi and Maria Koutsoumpa.
