European Dynamics, a leading global provider of eGovernment software and digital transformation services, welcomes its first-ever financial investors. This minority investment—led by CAPZA through its Flex Equity Mid-Market 2 fund and joined by Abry Partners—marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey.

This partnership will accelerate ED’s international expansion, product innovation, and strategic M&A plans, further reinforcing its global leadership in digital transformation for Governments and International Institutions.

It was a pleasure to work alongside partner Gavin Weir and senior associate Alicia Ingham from the Ashurst team throughout this complex, cross-border transaction – whose teamwork and expertise were key to the successful execution of this deal.
