We would like to share that our Partner, Lefkothea Nteka, head of Antitrust & Competition, has co-authored along with Dr. Andriani Kallintiri the Chapter on Greece in the book titled Judicial Review of Competition Law Enforcement in the EU Member States, edited by Barry Rodger, Or Brook, Maciej Bernatt, Francisco Marcos and Annalies Outhuijse and published by Wolters Kluwer: Antitrust and Competition Law.
The chapter is a comprehensive, systematic, and comparative empirical study of judgments by Greek Courts reviewing decisions of the Greek Competition Authority enforcing Articles 101 and 102 TFEU and the national equivalent provisions between the entry into force of Regulation 1/2003 in May 2004 and April 2021 and offers invaluable insights into quantitative and qualitative aspects of judicial review in Greece.
