Congratulations to Halcyon Equity Partners AIFM on their strategic investment in Ergon Foods. Ergon, a leading Mediterranean lifestyle pacesetter, brings authentic Greek products to a global audience through its high-end delis, retail network, and distribution channels.
This partnership aims to accelerate Ergon’s international expansion and enhance its product offering across key markets.
Our team was led by our head of MA and managing partner Constantinos Lambadarios and partner Melina Katsimi, with the support of our senior associate Margarita Kontogeorgou and associates Virginia Kyrlakitsi and Stephanie Papazoglou.
