We are happy to have assisted Sony Music with the successful acquisition of Cobalt Music, a signature music publishing company in Greece. The transaction resulted from lengthy negotiations and established Sony’s presence in Greek music publishing.

Lambadarios acted as local counsel to the buyer led by Constantinos Lambadarios, Chara Daouti, and Melina Katsimi, supported by our Senior Associates Margarita Kontogeorgou, Natalia Kalatzi, and our Associate Virginia Kyrlakitsi.
