One more landmark project for the Greek energy market!
Lambadarios has successfully advised on the €810m Common Bond Loan financing including an “accordion” option, supporting a significant investment on partly green and digital transition projects totaling €627.7m through the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF).
The financing, led jointly by Greece’s four systemic banks, National Bank of Greece, Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, and Eurobank, highlights their strong commitment to the development of DESFA’s infrastructure, solidifying Greece’s pivotal role as an energy hub in the region.
This collaboration underlines a strategic effort to ensure Greece’s readiness for hydrogen integration, strengthen supply security, and enhance diversification of energy sources.
