We are looking for two associates (one position for senior associate and one position for junior associate) to join our real estate team.

Real Estate:

• Real estate transactions (sales/purchases, lease agreements, security agreements, etc.) negotiating and drafting
• Due Diligence on real estate assets – drafting of relevant reports
• Drafting of memos on real estate legal issues
• Communications with Cadastre – Land Registries – corrections of registrations
• The above activities relate to an extended portfolio of local and multinational clients of both the public and private sectors

Role:

• Play a vital and proactive part in Real Estate cases
• Close cooperation with internal legal teams and different functions of our clients
• Getting involved in multiparty legal projects
• Client facing work.

Candidate requirements:

• Lawyer with a degree in Greek Law, preferably with LLM in civil law or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Proven experience in Real Estate Due Diligence, RE transactions and Cadastre law (at least three 3 years for junior associate / six 6 years for senior associate)
• Experience on forestry and/or town planning issues.
• Apply knowledge practically
• Excellent communication skills
• Personality with desire to move things forward
• Ability to work autonomously and independently but also able to work as a team player;
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
