Lambadarios has contributed to the new handbook by NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI titled “The (Greek) Company Limited by Shares in Practice”.
Under the leadership of Prokopis Dimitriadis, Partner, and Manos Mastromanolis, Partner and Associate Professor at the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, our team provided sample resolutions, court documents, and analyses on corporate capital. This handbook supports practitioners with Greek companies and corporate equity transactions.
