Lambadarios advised HRADF on the historic signing of the Attiki Odos Concession Agreement

Date: 19th September 2024

Last week, a historic Attiki Odos Concession Agreement was signed between the Greek State, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), and GEK TERNA Group.

This €3.3 billion agreement marks the largest concession contract in Greece’s history and signifies the first time a concession agreement has been succeeded by a new one.

Attiki Odos is a critical motorway for Athens and the Attica region.

Lambadarios served as legal advisor to HRADF throughout this pivotal process.
