Lambadarios advised Brook Lane Capital in the tender process initiated by LAMDA for the Hellinikon area

Following our role, earlier this year, on the transaction of Ellinikon Park Tower, the development of a high-end Mixed Use tower at the commercial hub of Hellinikon, our team continues its involvement with the developments in Hellinikon area, one of Europe’s largest urban development projects.

Our Real Estate team supported once more our client, Brook Lane Capital, in the tender process initiated by LAMDA Development for the sale and residential development of certain plots in the Hellinikon area.

The transaction involved acquiring a land plot from Ellinikon S.A., a LAMDA Development subsidiary, to develop a high-rise residential building project.

The project encompasses the urban renewal of the former Hellinikon Airport and the coastal Olympic Zone of Aghios Kosmas in Attica, creating the Metropolitan Pole of Hellinikon—Aghios Kosmas.

Our team was led by our real estate head Sophia Alonistioti and our MA partner Melina Katsimi and supported by our Managing Partner, Constantinos Lambadarios and Associate Stamatia Tsopela.
