We are pleased to announce that two members of the Lambadarios team will participate in the ICC network for another term contributing their experience and expertise to the network’s eminent mission.
Sotiris Dempegiotis, Partner, has been appointed Delegate of the Greek Committee to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR by ICC Hellas for the 2024-2027 term. Sotiris will also continue to serve as a member of the Commission’s Task Force “Addressing Issues of Corruption in International Arbitration”, which aims to explore existing approaches to allegations or signs of corruption in disputes and articulate guidance for arbitral tribunals on how to deal with such occurrences.
Our Partner, George Panopoulos, will continue to serve as an Alternate ICC Court Member representing Greece.
The ICC Commission’s mission is to gather expertise on arbitration and ADR across the ICC network to enable thought leadership. The Commission produces reports, recommendations, and guidance on practical, procedural, and legal issues in the field and usually undertakes its work through specific Task Forces or Working Groups.
