Lambadarios Law Firm advised Hines one of the largest privately held real estate investors and managers in the world with over USD 90bn AUM in a unique project in the Athens Riviera.
The groundbreaking €200m venture marks the first-of-its-kind partnership between Hines, Henderson Park, and Greece Sotheby’s International Realty and sets a new benchmark in luxury and sustainable living at the Athens Riviera and beyond. In the words of Paul Gomopoulos, Senior Managing Director and Head of Hines in Greece, “Apollo Hills is more than just a development; it’s a celebration of what Greece can achieve.”
LLF advised Hines on the submission and successful approval of this project as a Strategic Investment under law 4608/2019 by Enterprise Greece and the Interministerial Committee on Strategic Investments.
