We are proud to announce our significant role in advising Brook Lane Capital on their joint venture with Hellinikon S.A., a Lamda Development subsidiary, to develop a Mixed Use Tower in the Hellinikon region.

This prestigious project, valued at approximately €200m, encompasses the urban renewal of the former Hellinikon Airport and the coastal Olympic Zone of Aghios Kosmas in Attica, creating the Metropolitan Pole of Hellinikon – Aghios Kosmas.

Our Μ&Α team, led by Constantinos Lambadarios, Sophia Alonistioti and Melina Katsimi and assisted by associates Anna Gkogka, Alexandros Koukoutsis and Matina Tsopela, navigated the complexities of this vision, and helped bring it to fruition.
