Lambadarios provided legal advice to the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) throughout the tender process, which led to the signing of the concession agreement for Egnatia Odos.

The approx. €1.5 billion agreement was finalized last Friday between the Greek state, HRADF, Nea Egnatia Odos, and the original shareholders, GEK Terna and Egis Projects. The deal signifies benefits for both highway users and the regional economy, as Egnatia Odos is a key transportation route spanning Northern Greece and connecting economic and industrial hubs from West to East and throughout the Balkan and South-Eastern European network.
