Partner, Lefkothea Nteka, invited by OECD to discuss at the Lear Competition Festival

Lefkothea Nteka, Partner, Head of our Antitrust & Competition practice, was invited by OECD to discuss regional cooperation among competition authorities in Eastern and Southeastern Europe, in the context of the Lear Competition Festival, held in Rome from 21 to 23 September 2022.

Lefkothea addressed in particular key constraints in international and regional cooperation, among which legal limitations, especially relating to confidential information sharing and investigative assistance. She further discussed enforcement initiatives of competition authorities in Eastern and Southeastern Europe relating to bid rigging, as well as market studies.
