On May 9 and 11, 2022 Lefkothea Nteka, head of our Competition & Antitrust practice, will hold a seminar on proceedings before the Hellenic Competition Commission with Nomiki BIBLIOTHIKI.
The Seminar will provide an overview of both antitrust and merger control procedures, from the initiation of the investigation to the adoption of the pertinent decision. It will focus on the powers of the HCC and the rights of the parties involved to the proceedings.
