Project Finance & Development:

• Public procurement, public tenders (advising all parties involved in tender procedures, such as contracting authorities/entities, bidders etc.);
• Concessions, PPPs, privatizations (legal advice throughout the lifecycle of a project);
• Finance (finance documents negotiating, drafting and management etc.);
• Corporate (negotiating, drafting and management of corporate documents etc.). 

The above activities relate to an extended portfolio of local and multinational clients of both the public and private sectors.

Role:

• Play a vital and proactive part in Project Finance & Development cases;
• Close cooperation with internal legal teams and different functions of our clients;
• Deepen the knowledge in legal areas such as project finance, public procurement, utilities, concessions, PPPs, privatizations, as well as contract drafting and management;
• Getting involved in multiparty legal projects.
• Client facing work.

Qualifications:

• Lawyer with a degree in Greek Law and LL.M. in the EU/US in banking/finance, or corporate/commercial, or public law;
• Fluent in English;
• Previous experience of at least five (5) years;
• Apply knowledge practically;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Personality with desire to move things forward
