LLF has acted as legal advisor to Brook Lane Capital for the completion of the first secondary market portfolio sale in a securitization under the Hercules Asset Protection Scheme (HAPS).
Congratulations to the outstanding teams of Brooklane, Cepal and their advisors for completing this landmark transaction as the first secondary market portfolio sale in a securitization under the Hercules Asset Protection Scheme (HAPS) under a very demanding timeline.
Cepal, consistent with its pioneering character, once again is paving the way by establishing this innovative secondary transactions platform providing us with another critical tool which will allow us to maintain our existing overperformance above the HAAPS’ Business Plan and safeguard the interests of the securitizations’ Noteholders, while ensuring fair treatment for debtors.
